General Expectations

Each team member will complete 45 hours of work in a semester comprised of:
1. Completion of CITI IRB training (3 hours)
2. Attend most ONLINE weekly meetings (~ 13 hours)
3. Participate in 7 workshop (14 hours)
4. 15 hours of Independent work.

Many skills are important in the SRL lab. Some lab members might have great interpersonal skills, others might be creative (e.g., website management, graphic arts, etc...), others have great clerical skills (e.g., transcribing interviews, organizing information), other skills are needed for research tasks such as literature reviewing, completing interview, editing papers, etc... Please describe your strengths and weaknesses. Also, tell us about your hobbies because these skills can sometimes help the lab in unique ways.
